• Within 24 hours after the completion of booking, you’ll receive your ticket on your email, alternatively you can download the tickets from the dashboard.
• Make sure that you check your spam / junk folder or notify us in case you don’t find it in your inbox.
• Print the ticket or show its mobile version to exchange it for your physical tickets once you arrive at the destination.

• Insurance: Every passenger is insured in accordance with the local UAE Civil Aviation Authorization regulations.

• Smoking, food and beverages are not allowed on helicopter flights.
• Children 2 years and above are allowed on board.
• Maximum of 5 passengers are allowed in Dubai Helicopter Tours.
• Passengers' who exceed 140 KG weight limit will not be permitted to fly.
• Passengers must arrive 45 minutes before the flight.
• Pregnant women can fly only during the first 32 weeks of pregnancy OR at their own risk.
• Tour routes may vary due to air traffic control stipulations or other operational or safety considerations.
• The Pick up will be arranged from centrally located hotels and residences in Dubai city. (Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed, Marina)
