Children & Infants

• Children under 16 can join the safari but cannot participate in Shisha or Dune Buggy rides.

• Infants under 3 years join free of charge but must sit on a parent’s lap.

• A baby seat is available upon request but will be charged at the child rate.

• Infants below 3 years are not permitted during dune bashing. Families with infants should book a private safari so the driver can adjust dune levels.

Pick-Up & Transfers

• Pick-up available from hotels, Abu Dhabi International Airport, or major malls in Abu Dhabi.
• For distant or non-Abu Dhabi locations, a meeting point will be arranged; extra transfer charges may apply.
• Each 4x4 vehicle accommodates 6 guests + 1 driver (1 front, 3 middle, 2 rear seats).

Smaller groups may be joined with other passengers.

Health & Safety

• The safari is not recommended for pregnant women or individuals with heart, back, or neck problems.
• To avoid motion sickness, guests are advised not to eat heavy meals 2–3 hours before dune bashing.
• Smoking, eating, and drinking are strictly prohibited inside transfer vehicles.
• Heavy luggage is not allowed; only small bags can be carried.

Activities & Restrictions

• Included activities: Dune Bashing, Camel Riding, Sandboarding, Sunrise Photography.
• Shisha is restricted to guests aged 16 and above.
• Quad bikes and alcoholic drinks are available at extra cost.
• Children must always be supervised by a guardian during activities.

Dress Code & Essentials

• Wear comfortable casual clothing such as trousers and closed shoes.
• From September to April, desert mornings can be cold – bring a jacket or warm clothing.
• Recommended to carry sunglasses, sunscreen, and a hat for sun protection.
• Payment, Refund & Cancellation
• Payment can be made in cash to the driver or via card at the camp.
• No refunds will be issued for partly used safari services.
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance; last-minute cancellations are non-refundable.
• Special arrangements for Dune Dinner Safari may be provided for pregnant women or those unable to join dune bashing.
