• Download the soft copy of the voucher from dashboard.
• Guests are requested to carry a soft copy of the voucher on the phone.
• It needs to be verified by the driver at the time of pick-up time.

• Transfers will be available only on Private basis.
• Kindly provide detailed information about your locations to ensure smooth transfer operations.
• The Pick up will be arranged from your Dubai Hotel / Residence only.
• Child Age is 3 to 10 years. Under 3 years are free of charge.
• Pickup time may vary depending on your pickup location.
• The transfer service is for 10 hours, with additional charges for any time exceeded
• Children must always be accompanied by an Adult.
• For the safety and comfort of all guests, our terms and conditions prohibit eating, drinking, and smoking inside the vehicle during any tour that includes transfer services.
