Shortened experiences due to bad weather do not qualify for refunds, as stated in our policy.
A penalty of AED 50 will be charged for each hour or part thereof for exceeding the designated activity time or failing to return safety equipment on time.
Activities will close 30 minutes before the park's official closing time to allow for proper clean-up and safety checks.
All equipment must be returned 15 minutes prior to closing to ensure a smooth transition for all guests.
